Offer for 2012

Date: August 30 - September 4

Conditions:

• the participants of the event receive 3 meals a day. Everybody will get packed meal for the journey back to home

• the groups cover the part of costs of accomodation Option 1 (95 euro per person per festival), Option 2 (135 euro per person per festival), Option 3 or 4 (185 euro per person per festival) (in Torun, Grudziadz or Radodzierz -see the photos!

• beside the dancers, the other persons can also travel with the same price

• the Festival Committee shall provide groups with English (or French/Italian/Russian) speaking guides during their stay in Poland

• the Festival Committee covers the costs of tickets to some historical places in Chełmno, Świecie and Toruń

• Each participant group will receive a certificate (diploma) and a souvenir of the Festival

• All the Festival events will be covered by press, radio and TV programs

• during the festival a group can travel around 200-600 km.

• If the group arrives by plane to Warsaw, Poznań or Gdańsk,
  the bus costs 5 night: for the bus for 46 persons costs: 1200 EUR/group/festival
  for the small bus for 20 persons costs: 800 EUR/group/festival
  for the small bus for 7 persons costs: 500 EUR/group/festival

• all groups need to cover their own travel expenses to the festival and back,

• the Festival Committee shall select groups which will cover part of the travel expenses and costs of stay.

• during its stay a group will perform 3-4 concerts. Concerts last 10-40 minutes. Most of the concerts are open-air performances

• each ensemble is expected to be ready to take part in two parades in the streets of towns Chełmno and Świecie

• the representatives of municipalities of the ensembles will be welcomed by the Mayor of the town

• it is possible to stay longer. One additional day costs 35 euro. We can organize accomodation and touristic programme in other part of Poland.
